Western Dairy Transport Driver Training Academy graduates are highly skilled professionals benefiting from our state-of-the-art simulators and hands-on training. Before training at one of our four North American academies, applicants undergo a thorough screening before meeting our top academy staff, who receive support from leading industry safety experts. Students receive comprehensive CDL training, learn customer relations, and gain insight from our leadership team on WDT's culture and guiding principles. WDT requires employment commitments to help offset training costs, and this comprehensive approach is reflected in our impressive retention rate, underscoring the effectiveness of our training and the value we place on our drivers' contributions to our community.
