Entry-Level Driver Training

At Western Dairy Transport, we actually have a way to help people do it. Our Entry-Level Driver Training program gives new drivers the opportunity to learn the ropes through classroom training with certified instructors, state-of-the-art simulators, and real behind-the-wheel experience — all with the goal of helping them earn their Class A CDL and start a career hauling milk with WDT.

For those already on the WDT team, remember we also have a tiered driver referral program. If you know someone who you think would make a great driver, send them our way.

The trucking industry has a lot of opportunity for people willing to learn the craft — sometimes all it takes is someone to encourage them and point them in the right direction.
