Across the company, we take pride not only in what we accomplish daily but also in the positive impact our employees make in their communities. We are excited to introduce the Community Champion Award, a new recognition honoring team members who go above and beyond through volunteerism, leadership, and service outside of their regular job duties.
This award celebrates employees who exemplify our values and represent our organization with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
Award Criteria
Nominations will be evaluated by a committee based on:
Impact - The meaningful difference made in the community
Effort & Sacrifice - Time, energy, and commitment involved
Values Alignment - Reflection of our standards and culture
Initiative & Leadership - Demonstrating leadership and influence
Verification & Credibility - Supporting documentation or references
Eligibility Guidelines
Contributions must have occurred within the past 12 months
Activities must be legal, professional, and community-focused
Verification, such as photos, documentation, or witness confirmation, is encouraged
Routine job performance is not eligible unless it represents an extraordinary, community-facing effort. Job performance achievements should be highlighted through our HIGH-FIVE Awards through Awardco!
Family members, friends, coworkers, fellow volunteers, and community members are encouraged to submit a nomination.
